Organizations at this phase are curious about AI, but have not taken any tangible steps towards planning or implementation.

You may be asking questions like:

• I hear the term AI all around me, but I’m not sure I really understand what it’s referring to, how can I get up to speed on what AI is?
• My organization is interested in doing more with technology and AI, but we don’t have a clear picture of what that will entail—where should we start?
• I know my organization needs to embrace AI, but we’re not ready yet–how can we build executive and cultural buy-in?
