The term Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere we look nowadays, changing the way we use data and technology across sectors, regions, and focus areas. Many nonprofit organizations hear about this technology and its potential to make strides towards addressing key challenges the organization faces. However, without some basic knowledge of what AI is, you and your organization may be unsure how to get started or feel you lack the expertise to make decisions on how to adopt AI responsibly.
So in this module, we’ll start building a foundational understanding of what AI is, how it can be applied to further an organization’s impact, and a high-level look at what the journey to AI adoption might look like. The journey won’t happen overnight, but this is the right first step!
