Having strong organizational readiness can make the path to integrating AI that much smoother as you embark on the next steps in the AI Journey. At the highest level this entails having a clear mission and strategy, and building solid alignment from key stakeholders that there is a future for AI to support that mission. This may include leadership, board members, staff, strategic partners, and perhaps even the community your organization serves. Organizational readiness also means that your organization is prepared to commit to what’s needed to bring AI solutions to life in a responsible manner. From appropriate internal policies to technical expertise and cross-team collaboration, this module will focus on how your organization can prepare for the journey.
