Just because your AI solution is deployed doesn’t mean the work stops there. Like any other program or technology, you’ll want to monitor the results of your AI-based solution and assess its impact. Is it achieving the outcomes that you intended it to achieve? You may need to iterate on your solution as you learn more about who is interacting with it and how it’s being used. Furthermore, the underlying technology, best practices, and the necessary skillsets of your team will continue to evolve after you launch your solution. Staying abreast to these changes ensures your product will keep improving and having impact for the long run.
