As you learn more about the impact your AI solution is having on the communities you serve, you’ll also want to take a deeper look at any potential negative impacts or unintended side effects. These could be direct or indirect effects on your communities, on the environment, or perhaps on society as a whole. Assessing current effects, anticipating future ones, and taking steps to mitigate will be an ongoing process and is fundamental to the success of your solution.
