Getting a comprehensive project plan in place is important for the success of any new project, and your organization likely already has its own established processes for building and executing on a plan. We won’t focus on the project management aspects so much as how to plan for the more AI-specific components. Think: how to build the right technical team, budgeting for AI-specific infrastructure, auditing for potential biases, or planning the steps in model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. With a solid AI project plan in place you can feel more secure that you’re upholding social responsibility principles when your AI solution goes out into the world.
