Once your organization has some early adoption underway, we think this is a perfect time to start putting a stake in the ground around your organization’s AI strategy. What are the various mission-aligned ways that AI might be integrated into the organization’s work and what goals are you hoping to achieve? Establishing more concrete metrics to guide your adoption and investing in learning and evaluation processes to track progress will make it that much more likely that you’ll reach those goals. Don’t worry, your AI strategy isn’t meant to be set in stone—it can evolve as you gain more experience building and/or integrating AI solutions.
